Instore Supports the Local Economy and Raises the Bar for Retailers
Instore, this year’s winner of the retail excellence awards have raised the stakes once again with a renewed investment in staff development. Instore engaged the services of motivational speaker Bo Bræmer last Saturday evening to motivate and inspire their staff in these recessionary times. In so doing, Instore are paving the way for retailers in Limerick and Ireland.Instore are showing innovation and leadership in their approach to staff empowerment, in times when most retailers are battening down the hatches and tightening the purse strings, Instore are investing in their staffs personal development. The ethos behind this approach is centered on Instore’s dedication to their stakeholders and the importance they place on their customers shopping experience.
Not only that but they also provided much needed revenues for the local Limerick economy by occupying over 40 bed spaces and entertaining up to 80 people for the event. Moreover, Instore showcased the beauty and potential of the historic Hunt Museum by making it the prime venue for this important event.
Oliver Moloney, owner and founder of Instore, comments on Bræmer’s visit, “We are thrilled that this event is taking place in Limerick. It is something which has been in planning for many months and we are very pleased that it has finally come to fruition. Bo has worked with global brands such as Apple, HP and Mercedes Benz and it is that sort of expertise which Instore seeks to drive our business into the future. We are delighted that we are supporting the local economy with this venture and that people of Bo’s calibre are exposed to the potential which exists in a city such as Limerick.”
Bo Bræmer currently works with Lorenzen Proficon in Denmark in the area of leadership and growth strategy. He specialises in communication psychology and personal coaching. Bræmer is well known for giving lectures all over the world from Norway to the USA and now Ireland, thanks to Instore.About Instore
